Today we put on an amazing performance called 'Walking in the Jungle'. All our families came to watch and everyone said how fantastic we all looked. Check out some of the photos from the day.

People who help us
We have been learning all about the people who help us. The doctor's surgery is now closed but we have a hair salon in the classroom instead! With teacher's help, we designed a town. We decided what shops and buildings to put in it and how it should look. We are using our small world toys to play in all the different areas and we are having lots of fun. The town is very busy every day.
Buzzing Bees...
We had great fun making bees at school last week using clay.
First, we rolled it and made a body.
Next we added wings, antennae and eyes.
Lastly, we painted them yellow and black.
We think they look amazing!

What the ladybird heard...
We read a lovely story in class called 'What the Ladybird Heard' by Julia Donaldson. We decided to make our own ladybirds using paper plates and we think they turned out really nicely.
Independent Maths Games
We love our games in Maths. Here we are playing the Popcorn game. We are trying to fill our cups with popcorn by rolling the dice and counting out the number of popcorn. Be careful not to roll a POP!
Look at the pictures we can make with colourful shapes. We can use the picture as a guide or we can create our own designs.
